NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Board of Directors is in receipt of a Petition requesting a special meeting of Members for the purpose of amending the Bylaws.

Pursuant to Article III, Sections 4-9 of the Bylaws, Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Members of the MTHA will be held on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Ruffian Room at Laurel Park for the sole purpose of considering amendments to the Bylaws.
