Daily business of the Maryland Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association is performed by a small, cost-effective staff who take great pride in representing the Horsemen in Maryland. The Executive Secretary is hired by the Board of Directors and serves at their pleasure and is the responsible individual for the MTHA Staff.
