I am running for a seat on the MTHA’s Board of Directors because I want to:

1. Leverage and apply my extensive political background towards keeping Maryland’s legislature pro-racing.
2. Improve our Condition Book by using information systems to improve Secretary Hale’s real-time understanding of the spots her trainers are looking for.
3. Collaborate with neighboring horsemen’s associations to devise an equitable system for allowing owners & trainers to run “out of town,” where numbers shipping out roughly equal numbers shipping in.
4. Be responsive to requests from Maryland’s racing community.
